TL;DR
Customer Success Director (Technology Vertical): Grow revenue in strategic enterprise Technology accounts through sales of background screening products and solutions with an accent on strategic account planning, cross-functional resource deployment, and competitive analysis. Focus on identifying upsell opportunities, delivering quarterly business reviews, and maintaining service levels via client coordination.
Location: 100% remote, must be located in the United States, up to 20% travel required.
Salary: $90-110K base annually

What you will do
- Develop strategic account plans tracking revenue trends, upsell opportunities, and competitive threats to meet quarterly/annual revenue goals.
- Identify additional FA products/solutions and required cross-functional resources to maximize penetration in named accounts.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly/annual client business reviews, document action plans, and analyze trends for program improvements.
- Manage customer relationships at all levels, coordinate with operations/technology for service levels, and intervene on issues.
- Handle contractual documentation including MSAs, renewals, RFPs, and host regular client calls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in sales account management for complex solutions in strategic national/global accounts with C-level relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Salesforce, Looker Analytics, PowerBI helpful.
- Strong communication, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be located in the United States with ability to travel up to 20% including overnights.
