TL;DR

Customer Success Director (Staffing Vertical): Manage enterprise-level accounts in the staffing industry to grow revenue through sales of background screening products and solutions with an accent on strategic account planning, cross-functional coordination, and competitive analysis. Focus on developing upsell opportunities, delivering client business reviews, and ensuring service levels while maintaining base revenue.

Location: 100% remote, must be located in the United States with up to 20% travel.

Salary: $90-110K base annually

What you will do

  • Develop strategic account plans, track revenue trends, upsell opportunities, and competitive threats to meet quarterly/annual objectives.
  • Identify additional products/solutions and required cross-functional resources to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare and deliver client business reviews, manage action plans, and analyze trends for program improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge of customer programs, pricing, and competitors to articulate FA advantages.
  • Manage contractual documentation, renewals, RFPs, and host client calls.
  • Build relationships at all levels, partner with internal teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States with up to 20% travel including overnight.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years in sales account management for strategic national/global accounts with C-level relationships.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong communication, multitasking, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and build internal partnerships.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Staffing, BPO, or RPO industries.
  • Experience with reporting tools like Looker Analytics or PowerBI.
  • Salesforce familiarity.
