TL;DR

Customer Success Director, Strategic Accounts: Grow revenue in enterprise-level strategic accounts through sales of background screening products and solutions with an accent on strategic account planning, upsell opportunities, and cross-functional resource deployment. Focus on analyzing trends, delivering client business reviews, and maintaining service levels via coordination with operations and technology.

Location: 100% remote, must be located in the United States, up to 25% travel required.

Salary: $100-125K base annually.

What you will do

  • Develop strategic account plans tracking revenue trends, upsell opportunities, and competitive threats to meet quarterly/annual objectives.
  • Identify additional products/solutions and required cross-functional resources to penetrate accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly/annual client business reviews and manage action/project plans.
  • Analyze trends, recommend program changes, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of customer programs, pricing, and configurations while seeking best practices.
  • Build relationships at all levels, manage contracts (MSAs, SLAs, renewals), and host client calls.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States with up to 25% travel including overnight.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (MBA preferred); 8+ years in sales account management for strategic national/global accounts with C-level relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Salesforce, Lookr Analytics, PowerBI.
  • Strong communication, multi-tasking, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience navigating large organizations and building internal partnerships.
