What you will do

• Partner with the CTO and Product and Business leaders to define and execute a three-year technology strategy.
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering organisation with a strong leadership tier.
• Own engineering delivery across multiple product areas and platform capabilities.
• Improve delivery performance, predictability, and operational leverage across key initiatives.
• Define the technical North Star and deliver critical roadmap milestones across core platforms.
• Work with C-level stakeholders and the delivery function to align technical decisions with business strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale engineering organisations in complex, high-growth environments.
• Strong track record of building high-performing product engineering teams and leadership layers.
• Deep understanding of platform architecture, scalability, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience owning budgets and making strategic investment decisions.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including translating technical concepts into business impact.
