Based in offices in Bratislava, full relocation support provided.

What you will do

  • Partner with CTO and Product/Business leaders to define and execute 3-year technology strategy.
  • Build and lead high-performing engineering organization including leadership tier.
  • Own engineering delivery across multiple product areas and platform capabilities.
  • Establish scalable engineering leadership structure and improve delivery performance.
  • Deliver critical roadmap milestones and increase operational leverage.
  • Work closely with C-Level stakeholders on technical decisions aligned to business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading large-scale engineering organisations in complex, high-growth environments.
  • Strong track record building high-performing Product Engineering teams and leadership layers.
  • Deep understanding of platform architecture, scalability, and modern engineering practices.
  • Experience owning budgets and making strategic investment decisions.
  • Ability to operate at strategic and operational levels with strong stakeholder management.
