Focus on resolving system problems, documenting complaints per quality system, and ensuring customer satisfaction through repairs, replacements, and follow-ups.

Location: Irvine, CA, United States

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 plus up to 10% annual bonus

What you will do

  • Drive strategic and quality objectives by providing technical service support on hirify.global products.
  • Troubleshoot and support system problems, coordinating with vendors and hospital staff on components.
  • Handle 1st and 2nd level support for network-based monitoring and paging systems.
  • Respond to calls/emails, initiate repairs/replacements, and serve as customer advocate.
  • Provide technical consulting to sales, follow technical bulletins, and convey field feedback to product marketing.
  • Maintain knowledge base, review training docs, and optimize support processes.

Requirements

  • Direct technical experience communicating across healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of networking (routing/switching), wireless (802.11x), Linux Red Hat administration.
  • Understanding of engineering principles, troubleshooting, electronics, and design.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, analytical/problem-solving skills; self-starter.
  • Fluent in English; PC literate, adaptable, hands-on with high accuracy.
  • Able to travel domestically/internationally (passport eligible); work rotating on-call; lift 45 lbs; handle biohazards.

Nice to have

  • Call center experience with global service provider.
  • 3+ years in medical industry, biomedical/field service.
  • Knowledge of wired/wireless protocols.
  • Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
