TL;DR

What you will do

  • Identify, triage, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical problems via in-person, phone, chat, and email support.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, user accounts, trading environments, operating systems, and mobility issues.
  • Fulfill IT hardware requests including delivery, setup, and low-level troubleshooting for office end users.
  • Escalate issues to senior support, infrastructure, platform engineering teams, or third-party vendors.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to end users, traders, and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with local and remote team members on support tasks and technical projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical support experience in complex enterprise environments with 100+ end users
  • Working knowledge of Windows, networking, and information security
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Intune, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange, TCP/IP, and VPN
  • Knowledge of messaging platforms, collaboration tools, and video conferencing (Slack, MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet)
  • Experience with Dell Windows machines, laptops, towers, hardware/asset management
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Flexible, pleasant demeanor following client protocols

Nice to have

  • Experience with macOS, Linux, iOS, Android
