TL;DR

Application Support Specialist I (Healthcare/Public Safety): Provide technical support for hirify.global software solutions used in EMS, hospitals, fire services, and emergency response with an accent on troubleshooting issues, ensuring SLA compliance, and delivering excellent customer service. Focus on resolving customer inquiries via calls, emails, chats, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining accurate CRM/ticketing records.

Location: 100% remote anywhere in the US, following Remote Work Policy. Up to 10% travel annually.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 USD per year + bonus + benefits + perks.

What you will do

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of hirify.global products to support clients via calls, emails, or chat, troubleshooting issues and ensuring positive experiences.
  • Resolve issues immediately or track/escalate them within SLAs, proactively communicating updates and owning the process.
  • Update CRM, ticketing, and internal systems; collaborate with support and cross-functional teams to solve client problems.
  • Assist with testing and duplicating software/hardware issues; complete special projects and develop understanding of supported business processes.
  • Travel to events or onsite meetings as required (up to 10% annually).

Requirements

  • Located anywhere in the US (100% remote).
  • Degree or equivalent education + relevant work experience; proven customer service in software/technology, preferably Public Safety or Healthcare.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills (written/verbal), troubleshooting, analytical/problem-solving abilities.
  • Time management in fast-paced environment; self-starter who works independently and collaboratively.
  • Technical aptitude (MS Office or similar); ability to handle confidential info; enthusiasm for learning; strong work ethic.
