TL;DR

What you will do

  • Identify, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues via in-person, phone, chat, and email support.
  • Handle hardware requests including delivery, setup, and basic troubleshooting for office end users.
  • Escalate issues to senior support, infrastructure, platform teams, or vendors to prevent recurrence.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to end users, traders, and leadership, advocating for their IT needs.
  • Collaborate with local and remote team members on support tasks and technical projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical support experience in complex enterprise environments with 100+ users
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, and information security troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure, Intune, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange, TCP/IP, and VPN
  • Experience with Dell laptops/towers, hardware/asset management, and common fixes like mailboxes, cables, monitors, Outlook
  • Working knowledge of collaboration tools: Slack, MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Flexible, pleasant demeanor following client protocols; 100% onsite work required
