What you will do
- Build and maintain automated workflows using platforms such as CoPilot, Workato, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve automation and data flow issues to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain AI-enabled agents and implement AI-assisted features within existing marketing tools.
- Support integrations between Eloqua, Salesforce, Goldcast, Outreach, Hive, and other revenue platforms.
- Document automation logic and ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate on system architecture and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency through automation.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or technical operational roles.
- Hands-on experience with workflow tools such as Workato or Power Automate.
- Proficiency in applying generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate workflows.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data structures, and system integrations.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Eloqua or Salesforce.
- Experience supporting analytics or reporting pipelines.
