Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end member experiences from concept to delivery, making strategic decisions on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
• Define AI behaviors in women's health contexts, including communication of uncertainty, human handoffs, and trust-building.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Develop scalable AI-powered patterns, confidence indicators, and progressive disclosure for the design system.
• Partner strategically with Engineering, Product, Clinical, and Data teams to shape interfaces and align on problems.
• Mentor designers and partners, resolve cross-functional tensions, and raise the bar for complex problem-solving.

Requirements

• AI fluency: Daily use of AI tools (Claude, Figma AI, Cursor) with strong prompting and synthesis skills; mentor others.
• Vibe coding: Build working prototypes with AI-assisted tools in healthcare contexts.
• Technical depth: Shipped code to production; discuss backend architecture, models, and constraints.
• Strategic craft: Portfolio showing ownership, metrics, ambiguity navigation, and influence.
• Cross-functional leadership: Drive projects across teams without authority.
• Mobile and web design experience; systems thinking for scalable holistic systems.
• Appetite for complexity and ambiguity in emotionally intense health domains.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated domains.
• Background with ML/AI teams on model-driven products.
• Contributions to consumer-grade design systems with Figma variables and components.
