Salary: Zone A: $149,450 - $211,100 + equity + benefits; Zone B: $164,395 - $232,210; Zone C: $179,340 - $253,320; Zone D: $194,285 - $274,430 (based on US geographic zones)

What you will do

• Lead design of critical care and clinical workflows for Member Care Advocates, clinicians, and care teams, translating needs into clear, testable directions.
• Develop innovative system-level concepts ensuring seamless end-to-end product experiences that anticipate future needs.
• Set and uphold high standards for design craft across flows, edge cases, states, and interactions.
• Define standards for AI-assisted design, balancing speed, quality, safety, and clarity while pioneering AI tools for prototyping and systems work.
• Extend, maintain, and evolve design systems including components, patterns, interaction models, and documentation.
• Mentor designers in care and clinical spaces on problem-solving, systems thinking, and delivery quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years as Product Designer with experience in complex internal tools, care delivery platforms, or operational workflows.
• Portfolio showcasing shipped work improving workflow efficiency, quality, or reliability for internal users.
• Experience creating or stewarding widely adopted design systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools and a point of view on their effective use.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations partners; ability to drive alignment and advocate for design.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex workflows into simple narratives, diagrams, and decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or regulated domains.
• Experience in care delivery, care management, or clinical decision support.
