What you will do

• Champion clinical users by conducting research to uncover needs and design tools that ease workflows.
• Drive product thinking across web, desktop, and mobile for interconnected user journeys.
• Generate high-volume, high-craft deliverables like journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and specs.
• Navigate ambiguity as a chaos pilot, prioritizing and solving design debt in fast-paced settings.
• Influence cross-functional teams with clear rationale and user-first vision.
• Innovate with AI/ML and LLM to enhance clinical interfaces.

Requirements

• 5+ years UX/product design experience with portfolio showcasing visual craft and complex problem-solving.
• 2-3+ years designing healthcare/enterprise/clinical tools; clinical team collaboration preferred.
• Expertise in web/desktop/mobile design patterns and interaction design.
• Experience with AI/ML-augmented designs; LLM prompting advantage.
• Strong communication for pitching, defending decisions, and UI copy.
• Bachelor’s in design, UX, HCI, or related.
