Compensation: $145,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Establish UX guidelines, interaction patterns, and a lightweight design system for engineering teams.
• Own end-to-end design for care team workflows, including outreach, intake, scheduling, and care coordination.
• Design reporting and data visualization surfaces to provide operational leaders with visibility into performance.
• Translate complex, real-world operational processes into simple and usable product experiences.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure design feasibility and successful adoption.
• Create exploratory prototypes to test ideas and visualize the future-state product vision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in workflow-heavy or healthcare-adjacent domains.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience using AI-enabled design tooling to accelerate workflows.
• Proven experience designing internal tools or complex systems rather than just consumer products.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage environments and create structure.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, or value-based care environments.
• Experience designing for non-technical users or creating bilingual/culturally sensitive experiences (Spanish is a plus).
• Experience building design systems pragmatically within an early-stage organization.
• Familiarity with EHR or clinical workflow constraints.
