What you will do

• Transform product requirements and user insights into visual designs, interactive prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for new AI healthcare features.
• Optimize existing interfaces for usability, accessibility, patient engagement, responsive design across devices, navigation, and conversion funnels.
• Maintain and evolve design system with reusable components, collaborate with engineering, AI teams, and stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years product design experience focusing on web/mobile apps, complex workflows, responsive/mobile-first design.
• Strong portfolio in UI, interaction, visual design; proficiency in Figma, Sketch, prototyping tools.
• Experience with design systems, front-end constraints, user-centered design, collaborating with PMs/engineers.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills; thrive in fast-paced startups handling ambiguity and multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Healthcare/telehealth, AI/conversational interfaces, accessibility, HIPAA compliance experience.
• Background in early-stage companies; Bachelor's in Design/HCI.
