TL;DR

Principal Solution Consultant (CLM): Developing and executing sales strategies for enterprise accounts using the hirify.global platform with an accent on AI-driven contract management and solution design. Focus on leading Proof of Concept (POC) engagements, articulating business value to CXO stakeholders, and integrating modern AI/ML tools into the presales workflow.

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to technically qualify and progress enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Lead discovery, solution design, and value articulation across complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to key business drivers and functional requirements.
  • Manage and lead Proof of Concept (POC) engagements with clear success criteria and measurable outcomes.
  • Leverage generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and ML/NLP knowledge to enhance solution positioning and content creation.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide structured customer feedback and influence the roadmap.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders and articulating software value propositions.
  • Strong understanding of CLM, legal tech, procurement, or adjacent enterprise software domains.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud-native platforms, integrations, and APIs.
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools and a working understanding of ML/NLP concepts.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise software, presales, or consulting.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, CPQ, or Matter Management systems.
  • Expertise in building business cases, ROI models, or value frameworks.
  • Previous leadership or mentorship experience.
