TL;DR

Principal Customer Success Manager (AI): Leading enterprise success for the world's most data-driven organizations by driving adoption of hirify.global's Active Metadata Platform with an accent on AI-native governance and measurable ROI. Focus on building consultative partnerships with executive stakeholders and translating customer insights into platform innovation.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States, ideally on the East Coast)

What you will do

  • Manage a focused portfolio of 5–8 of the largest enterprise customers, guiding them from adoption to measurable ROI and expansion.
  • Advise executive stakeholders (CDO, CIO, VP of Data) to align hirify.global’s adoption with outcomes that drive revenue, efficiency, and risk reduction.
  • Champion Active Metadata and AI-native governance across the modern data ecosystem.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to translate customer insights into platform innovation.
  • Guide customers through the process and cultural shifts needed for modern data governance at scale.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Data, managing complex enterprise or strategic accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the modern data stack ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers and economic buyers.
  • Technical curiosity to discuss data architecture, integrations, and workflows.
  • Based in the United States (East Coast preference).
