What you will do

• Assist customers with system configurations, evaluations, benchmarks, and installations.
• Collaborate with R&D Engineering to define product requirements and usability, including the creation of specification documents.
• Drive technical responsibilities within customer accounts and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
• Provide subject matter expertise on distributed storage architectures, file systems, and DAS/NAS/SAN products.
• Create architecture blueprints for repeatable solutions to be delivered by the Sales team.
• Support the growth of field engineers and consult on the build-out of the Support organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting the sales of enterprise storage to large IT organizations.
• Deep understanding of classic unstructured data applications and next-generation analytics and web frameworks.
• Proven experience in the preparation and delivery of technical product and architecture presentations.
• Knowledge of virtualization, high-performance networking, and enterprise security.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in an unstructured environment.
