What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain VMware environments including vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter
• Manage and optimize virtual infrastructure performance, capacity, and availability
• Administer Windows and Linux servers in virtualized settings
• Perform upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery planning/testing
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and support storage/networking components
• Implement security best practices and mentor junior administrators

Requirements

• Deep expertise in VMware virtualization technologies
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux server administration
• Knowledge of storage (SAN/NAS), networking (VLANs, NIC teaming)
• Active Top Secret or Interim Top Secret clearance
• Ability to serve as technical escalation point
