What you will do

• Own end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, consolidation, and month-end/year-end close
• Develop forecasting, financial planning processes, scenario analyses, and performance KPIs
• Translate data into actionable insights for operational and executive decision-making
• Drive automation, AI tools, and advanced analytics across finance processes and systems
• Lead, develop, and set expectations for a high-performing finance operations and analytics team
• Foster a data-driven finance culture focused on quality, ownership, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Solid background in financial operations, accounting, and controlling
• Experience leading finance operations in scaling or transformation environments
• Proven track record working closely with C-level stakeholders
• Deep data analysis combined with enterprise-level perspective
• Pragmatic application of automation and AI to finance processes
• Experience operating in an international, multi-entity environment
