Location: Utah, United States (North America focus)
Salary: $52,000–$95,000 base (US only, plus bonus and benefits)

What you will do
- Qualify inbound leads from events, webinars, campaigns, and digital programs to book meetings for sales.
- Conduct personalized outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to uncover business needs.
- Evaluate opportunities using PANT framework and transition to account executives.
- Meet goals for meetings booked and pipeline generated through organized outreach.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce for visibility into activities and results.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine strategies and boost conversions.
Requirements
- 1+ years in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably tech/SaaS
- Outstanding communication to engage senior professionals
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong organization
- Thrive in fast-paced environment with measurable targets
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM; Groove a plus
- Bachelor’s in business, marketing, communications, or related preferred

- Experience with Groove or similar tools
