What you will do
- Identify and prospect potential clients via outbound channels including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and readiness
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas for meetings and pipeline generation
Requirements
- Must be based in the East Coast (USA)
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
