What you will do

  • Identify and prospect potential clients via outbound channels including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and readiness
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for meetings and pipeline generation

Requirements

  • Must be based in the East Coast (USA)
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
