TL;DR

Channel Account Manager (Sales/LATAM): Driving growth and success of the partner ecosystem within the LATAM region with an accent on identifying, onboarding, and activating high-potential channel partners. Focus on designing and executing a scalable channel sales motion and building long-term relationships to drive revenue expansion.

Location: Hybrid Remote (Tampa, FL). Must be based in the US; not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates within the city limits of Chicago are not eligible for this role.

What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard high-potential channel partners within the LATAM region.
  • Build and execute a repeatable channel sales motion in partnership with Account Executives.
  • Activate partners through sales enablement, technical training, and joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Articulate the value of the Partner Program and deliver product demos to stakeholders.
  • Manage regional partner plans, pipelines, and forecasts with accountability for results.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner success.

Requirements

  • Full trilingual fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Channel Partners, VARs, Distributors, or MSPs.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to craft beneficial partner solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Proven experience influencing senior-level partner executives and principals.
  • Ability to develop partner/territory business plans and measure success via KPIs and ROI.
