Advisor Business Development Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Conduct daily outbound prospecting to financial advisors by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Build and manage a personal prospect pipeline while maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasts.
• Run discovery calls to understand advisors' practices, goals, and timing.
• Partner with senior colleagues to move qualified advisors toward signed agreements.
• Meet and exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding quota.
• Comfort with cold calling and building a pipeline from scratch.
• Motivation by variable compensation and clear career and earnings goals.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or fintech.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with how financial advisors operate and grow their practices.
