Sales Development Representative (AI Taxtech)

hirify.global is building an AI-native tax solution that combines AI agents, human expertise, and global compliance for businesses across e-commerce, software, manufacturing, distribution, and wholesale.

What you will do

• Own outbound prospecting across enterprise, commercial, and SaaS segments.
• Complete approximately 500 dials, 400 emails, and 100 LinkedIn connections per week.
• Maintain a channel mix of roughly 40% calls, 40% email, and 20% LinkedIn.
• Book qualified meetings against a quarterly quota.
• Partner with an account executive to build pipeline and develop discovery skills.
• Progress from booking the first meeting by day 30 to autonomous, target-paced performance by day 90.

Requirements

• High energy, coachability, resilience, and competitive drive.
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively.
• No prior sales experience is required.
• Demonstrated hustle through experience such as sports, hospitality, or a side business.

Nice to have

• Background in finance, tax technology, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Nooks, or AI productivity tools.
