TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (International Public Sector): Support client engagements with training, usage assessments, and product demos to increase adoption, retention, and satisfaction of hirify.global's AI platform within the German public sector market and Defence. Focus on building client relationships, conducting quarterly reviews, and advocating for customer needs by integrating the platform into workflows.

Location: Germany - Remote. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 35%. Eligible to obtain required security clearance.

What you will do

  • Develop expertise on hirify.global’s First Alert platform and public information/social media analytics use cases.
  • Design and implement programs to integrate the platform into customer workflows based on their missions and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a thought partner.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews to ensure product quality, identify growth opportunities, and drive adoption.
  • Collect customer feedback, articulate product recommendations, and present account health.

Requirements

  • Experience working with or in the German public sector and Defence, including knowledge of publicly available information and social media analysis in military, law enforcement, or emergency management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5-8 years client-facing or product experience, ideally in public sector.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management, ability to manage multiple projects and problem-solve in real-time.
  • Tech-savvy, able to learn new software and CRM tools; SaaS experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team; willingness to travel up to 35%; eligible for security clearance.
