TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build and manage relationships with 20-30 enterprise clients, aligning objectives with product strategy.
  • Lead onboarding, adoption, and value realization across ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI.
  • Analyze usage to drive multi-product adoption and integration.
  • Own renewals, expansions, NRR, GRR, and contribute to growth targets.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to refine processes and best practices.
  • Champion customer voice to influence roadmap and ensure partnership success.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships in fast-paced SaaS
  • Proven success with technical/mission-critical products, ideally AI
  • Deep experience with strategic accounts in DACH market
  • Strong commercial acumen, exceeding renewal/expansion goals
  • Builder mindset for scalable systems and operational excellence
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and problem-solving
  • Fluency in English and German
