What you will do
- Guide customers through onboarding, accelerate time-to-value, and build adoption foundations.
- Translate usage into measurable business outcomes and align on success metrics.
- Conduct structured check-ins and business reviews to maintain alignment and progress.
- Identify growth opportunities and partner with Account Managers for expansion.
- Drive retention and renewals through risk mitigation and value communication.
- Manage strategic enterprise accounts or scaled portfolios using repeatable processes and automation.
