Salary: €108,000 - €132,000 + Incentive Awards

What you will do

• Lead analysts in developing credit and pricing strategies for Borrowing products and channels.
• Collaborate with squad leadership to execute growth strategy for consumer lending in EU.
• Design and deliver new products and journeys with engineering, product, marketing, and risk teams.
• Develop and maintain NPV models and affordability strategies for underwriting.
• Monitor and report Borrowing performance to executives.
• Build dashboards and database tables for data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in unsecured lending in Ireland
• Deep understanding of lending economics, underwriting strategies, and credit models.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL (must-have); Python and Looker a plus.
• Experience developing and maintaining NPV models.
• Strong understanding of lending regulations in Ireland.
• Track record leading and developing analytical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML models and Decision Science collaboration.
• Project management across diverse teams.
