What you will do

• Support financial business cases for New Product Introductions (NPI) and provide post-launch KPI tracking.
• Analyze financial performance and trends to deliver actionable insights for quarter-end and year-end reporting.
• Support long-range planning (LRP) processes by aligning financial targets with strategic roadmaps.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers to ensure transparency of assumptions and data integrity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial and operational reporting efficiency.
• Maintain overlap with US business hours (EST/PST) for team collaboration.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar financial role, ideally within FMCG, consumer electronics, or PC industry.
• Expert proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ESS base and Oracle is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience working within a matrix or functional organizational structure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and provide an independent view on business decisions.
• Must be based in Cork, Ireland and able to work on-site 3 days per week.
