Fraud Group Manager

What you will do

• Lead and scale multidisciplinary teams of Data Scientists, Researchers, and Analysts.
• Act as primary technical fraud authority in high-stakes customer meetings with CISOs and Fraud Heads.
• Partner with Product Management and Platform Engineering to align detection logic with infrastructure.
• Own end-to-end monitoring, health, and observability of fraud detection in production environments.
• Serve as escalation point for critical detection issues and manage on-call for performance incidents.
• Build and maintain quality assurance framework (CI/CD for fraud logic) and lifecycle management for live detection tuning.

Requirements

• 8+ years in fraud detection or cybersecurity, 3+ years managing multidisciplinary technical teams (DS, Research, Analytics) in product-first environment
• Proven production ownership including observability, on-call rotations, and automated quality checks
• Strong customer-facing skills to communicate technical fraud concepts to enterprise clients
• Mastery of Python and SQL for hands-on data exploration and code review
• Deep understanding of ML lifecycle, heuristics/models deployment in low-latency high-scale environments
• Experience with SaaS/security products focused on reliability and smooth updates (e.g., blue/green deployments)
