What you will do

• Own the overall technical architecture of the platform across backend, AI systems, data, and infrastructure.
• Lead the implementation of core platform components and set engineering standards for quality and production readiness.
• Hire, mentor, and scale a high-caliber engineering organization, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
• Partner with product, AI, and security leadership to translate research goals into executable technical plans.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and embed security-first thinking across all engineering decisions.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading engineering teams in complex production systems.
• Deep hands-on background as a senior software or platform engineer with proven ability to scale distributed systems.
• Experience operating in early-stage or high-growth environments.
• Ability to pass background checks and applicable security clearance is required.
• English: Professional proficiency (primary working language).
