What you will do

• Optimize product tools and processes including Jira, Confluence, Figma, and AI-enabled automation for roadmapping, prototyping, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Build enablement programs with documentation and training to upskill teams on tools and workflows.
• Enable focus on priority work through capacity planning, tradeoff discussions, dependency visibility, and project intake facilitation.
• Run product strategy rituals like brainstorming sessions and planning forums to drive alignment and strong product bets.
• Act as force multiplier for Product leadership by resolving friction points and scaling the organization.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of top-priority projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or similar product-adjacent role
• Deep familiarity with modern product teams, tools, and delivery models
• Strong facilitation skills for leading discussions with senior stakeholders
• Systems thinker balancing strategy and execution
• Practical experience improving processes
• Curiosity around AI and automation in workflows

Nice to have

• Demonstrated experience piloting or implementing AI tools in product workflows
