Product Manager

TL;DR

What you will do

• Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to implementation and continuous improvement
• Lead cross-functional teams through agile processes including roadmapping, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily scrums, and sprint reviews
• Monitor risks, quality, and project progress while constantly communicating with stakeholders to align with business goals
• Analyze user behavior and gather data to turn feedback into effective solutions
• Own and structure the product backlog, ensuring prioritization, decomposition, and clear stories for implementation
• Forecast impediments and solve bottlenecks to meet sprint goals, defining short and long-term objectives

Requirements

• Fluent English (at least B2+) with strong written and spoken skills for communication with native speakers
• 4+ years in Product Management, Business Analysis/Product Ownership, and Project Management
• Experience with both B2B and B2C products
• Deep knowledge of development methodologies (Kanban, Agile, SCRUM)
• Proficiency in tools like GSuite, Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence), Notion, Trello, Figma, Slack
• Team player with skills in problem breakdown, solution description, empathy, communication, and presentation
