TL;DR

Operations Director (Creative/Advertising): Bridging technical teams, new business, and support to deliver business objectives with an accent on requirement gathering, process improvement, and solution design. Focus on leading new client pitches, analyzing processes, implementing technology solutions, and creating commercial models for efficient workflows.

Location: Germany (primarily remote, with occasional office visits) and regular business travel across EMEA. Fluency in German and/or French required.

What you will do

  • Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new client accounts, translating needs into workflows for client and tech teams.
  • Evaluate existing processes, recommend enhancements for efficiency and cost reduction, and design solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead new client pitches, ensure smooth transition to implementation, and create commercial models for workflows.
  • Serve as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and alignment.
  • Analyze data to support decision-making, create measurement processes for new clients, and produce reports and presentations.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years’ experience in solution design, process optimisation, operations, technical consulting, or similar roles.
  • Experience in advertising, creative agency, production, or digital content operations.
  • Fluency in German or French.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills for leading pitches and onboarding.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and remotely across multiple markets and teams.
