Location: Germany (primarily remote, with occasional office visits) and regular business travel across EMEA. Fluency in German and/or French required.

What you will do
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new client accounts, translating needs into workflows for client and tech teams.
- Evaluate processes, recommend enhancements for efficiency and cost reduction, and design solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Lead new client pitches and ensure smooth transition to implementation and setup.
- Serve as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams for effective communication and alignment.
- Analyze data, create reports and presentations to support decision-making and recommend new solutions.
- Develop commercial models and measurement processes for new clients.
Requirements
- 10-15 years’ experience in solution design, process optimisation, operations, technical consulting, or similar roles.
- Experience in advertising, creative agency, production, or digital content operations.
- Fluency in German or French.
- Strong problem-solving skills to translate business challenges into operational and technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills for leading pitches and onboarding.
- High attention to detail, analytical capability, and proactive risk/opportunity identification.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and remotely across multiple markets.
