What you will do

• Define and drive the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for accounting integrations and the integration platform.
• Design a scalable integration framework to standardize connections across multiple accounting and ERP systems.
• Translate complex, customer-specific accounting requirements into structured, reusable product capabilities.
• Define core data models, synchronization logic, mapping structures, and error-handling frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define APIs, system architecture, and technical implementation details.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Partnerships, and Finance to ensure commercial and customer value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within fintech, payments, accounting, or platform products.
• Deep knowledge of accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, DATEV, or Xero and their business use cases.
• Experience building or managing API-driven integrations or scalable platform products.
• Strong understanding of financial data structures, including transactions, invoices, ledgers, and reconciliation flows.
• Technical fluency to effectively collaborate with engineering teams on APIs and data models.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
