What you will do

• Define and own the product vision for the Initial Due Diligence workflow engine, handling complex logic for organizations across countries, legal forms, and risk levels.
• Manage the end-to-end KYC journey, optimizing conversion while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead vendor management for KYC providers, focusing on cost efficiency and quality across regions.
• Design tooling for Ops teams to streamline manual reviews and high-risk flows.
• Contribute to a 12-18 month infrastructure rebuild to scale onboarding to tens of millions of organizations.

Requirements

• Proven track record as Product Manager on scalable onboarding, identity verification, or backend compliance workflows.
• Deep technical understanding of KYC/KYB processes and European regulatory requirements.
• Experience evaluating, integrating, and managing external vendors at scale.
• Strong collaboration with risk, compliance, and operations teams.
• Systems thinking for complex backend workflow logic processing thousands of validations monthly.
