What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, providing feedback and supporting their career development.
• Own the product direction for the Optimization area, covering analytics, personalization, and experimentation.
• Integrate AI and extensible platform capabilities to unlock automation and content performance optimization at scale.
• Drive the product vision and execute roadmaps in close partnership with Engineering and Design leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure alignment across the full customer journey.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to continuously refine the product vision.

Requirements

• Experience as a Group Product Manager or Director leading multiple teams in a B2B SaaS context, ideally with data-focused products.
• Proven track record of building and scaling data platforms and API-first products.
• Strong hands-on leadership in product discovery, strategy definition, and trade-off management.
• Meaningful people leadership experience, including coaching and developing other Product Managers.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to work effectively across engineering, data, and design stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work in London, UK (Hybrid)

• Background in AI/ML, CRO, analytics, personalization, or content management domains.
