Senior Product Manager (AI Identity Verification)

Location: Based in Munich or Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with regular onsite gatherings.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for an automated identity verification solution.
• Define measurable business outcomes and KPIs covering adoption, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Build outcome-focused roadmaps from market, regulatory, and customer insights.
• Translate roadmap initiatives into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Lead incident triage, quality improvements, post-incident reviews, and customer-facing communication.
• Support enterprise customer migrations, cutovers, deprecation strategies, and enablement.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in product roles with end-to-end ownership.
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven customer-facing experience and technical fluency in APIs and architecture.
• Agile proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• German and English required.
• Practical and responsible use of GenAI with human oversight and compliance.
