Senior Product Manager (Identity Verification)

What you will do

• Define measurable goals, KPIs for adoption, quality, satisfaction, and drive outcome-oriented delivery.
• Maintain outcome-focused roadmap from market, regulatory, customer insights; align with leadership and sales.
• Translate roadmap to epics, user stories, acceptance criteria; lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, trade-offs.
• Triage incidents, coordinate fixes, post-incident reviews; communicate to teams and customers.
• Support migrations with plans, cutover guidance, enablement materials; track adoption and risks.
• Engage customers via interviews, prototypes, pilots with sales and success teams; use GenAI responsibly.

Requirements

• German and English
• Degree in Business, Computer Science or related.
• 3+ years in product roles with end-to-end ownership.
• Proven customer-facing experience.
• Technical fluency (APIs/architecture).
• Agile proficiency (Jira/Confluence).
• Practical, responsible use of GenAI.
