What you will do
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Identify customer problems and solve them using AI-enhanced solutions
- Define requirements for AI concepts, business processes, data, tools, and UX patterns including human-in-the-loop
- Ensure quality, compliance, governance, and AI safety for products
- Drive data quality, governance, and data-driven business models with strong prioritization
- Own end-to-end product development from discovery to delivery and governance
- Lead cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders for alignment
Requirements
- Several years of experience as Product Manager, ideally in B2B, platform, or data-driven environments
- Strong foundation in modern product management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Discovery)
- Solid understanding of technology, platforms, data, and AI/ML concepts
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-native products, LLMs, or agent-based systems
- Proven data-driven decision-making, analytical thinking, and customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
