TL;DR
International Product Development and Structuring Associate (Alternative Investments): Supporting product lifecycle management of hedge funds, private equity, and other investment vehicles with an accent on fund origination, structuring, manager onboarding, and lifecycle processes. Focus on executing fund additions to the platform, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating approvals, and managing projects for new strategic initiatives.
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (hybrid: office Monday-Thursday, remote Friday)
Salary: CAD 80,000–95,000

What you will do
- Prepare and update fund marketing materials, reports, presentations, and fact cards.
- Coordinate with Compliance and Legal teams for reviews and approvals.
- Assist in materials preparation for new fund approvals and launches.
- Support onboarding projects across the organization to ensure on-time completion.
- Input and update fund governance details regularly.
- Monitor team inbox and resolve GP inquiries promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years of experience in fund administration, fund management, or custodial relationships
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented self-starter with strong project management skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
