TL;DR
Sales Development Representative: Engaging and qualifying inbound and outbound leads from vacation rental owners to book high-intent meetings for sales closers with an accent on high-volume cadences, consultative selling, and pipeline management. Focus on prospecting, objection handling, and driving revenue using SalesLoft and Salesforce.
Location: Remote in the US (except D.C. and Hawaii; compensation restrictions in California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Washington; flexibility around shifts 6am-7pm MST Sunday-Saturday)
Salary: $55,000 base annually ($26.44/hr) + uncapped commission (OTE $23,970)

What you will do
- Prospect and outreach to top-of-funnel leads to qualify opportunities and book meetings for Vacation Rental Advisors or Real Estate Consultants.
- Respond to inbound requests via website, email, and phone.
- Maintain engagement with current owners through cadences, calls, emails, and texts.
- Manage large pipeline of leads using SalesLoft and Salesforce to build sales funnel.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly goals and initiate consultative sales process.
- Handle objections and collaborate with peers to optimize strategies.
Requirements
- 1+ years in consultative phone sales or sales development
- Capable of 100+ calls/day plus emails/texts
- Goal-oriented with strong work ethic, self-motivated, confident in rapport-building
- Active listener, diligent note-taker, strong time management
- Experience in Salesforce and/or SalesLoft highly preferred
- Must be available for shifts within 6am-7pm MST Sunday-Saturday and live in approved US locations by first day
