Senior HR Business Partner (Cybersecurity): Supporting managers and employees in Hungary and the UK across Engineering, Sales, and Global Functions with an accent on local employment law and strategic HR delivery. Location: Remote-first, but must have legal authorization to work in Hungary

What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to managers in Hungary and the UK to align business objectives with employee management.
- Provide SME guidance on local employment law, policy, and processes to ensure compliance and cultural alignment.
- Manage the full employee life cycle, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Analyze people trends to identify drivers for change and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Legal to implement value-add HR initiatives and global change programs.
- Lead annual salary reviews and performance review processes for designated business units.
Requirements
- Experience in both UK and Hungary HR processes and employment legislation.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian (written and verbal).
- Proven experience as a pro-active HR Partner in complex, fast-paced international environments.
- HR Degree qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across a matrix organization.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of other European languages and experience providing services to other EMEA countries.
