Location: Remote (Open to candidates in most U.S. states and Canada)

Salary: Base $45K + $30K–$100K Commission (Uncapped)

What you will do

  • Sell personal lines insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Flood.
  • Manage the full sales cycle via phone, text, and email to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize a network of 80+ insurance carriers to find optimal policy fits for customers.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflow and maximize sales impact.
  • Close 60+ policies per month using warm inbound leads.

Requirements

  • 10+ Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state licenses.
  • 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience.
  • Experience working in a multi-carrier contact center environment.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in high-volume settings.
  • Must be based in the US (most states) or Canada.
  • Ability to work one weekend day per week within a 9 AM to 9 PM ET operational window.
