What you will do

• Lead and grow the AI team focused on security and AI, hiring, developing, and retaining engineers.
• Own delivery of the roadmap for alert triage, chat, detection code generation, and text-to-search, balancing velocity and quality.
• Build SOAR capabilities using AI infrastructure, MCP integrations, and AI policy framework to automate workflows.
• Shape AI SOC platform strategy in partnership with Product and Engineering leadership.
• Drive technical direction through architecture discussions and unblocking complex problems without coding.
• Collaborate on reliability, on-call, security practices, and contribute to engineering-wide leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of people management leading product engineering teams, with proven hiring, development, and retention track record.
• Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams and partnering with recruiting to scale headcount.
• Business acumen in product-sales environments, operating ambiguously, and owning Product-Design-Engineering partnerships.
• Technical depth for architecture discussions, scaling agentic products, and AI outcomes; AWS preferred.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with owner mentality and focus on team health.

• Cybersecurity background.
• Familiarity with Golang, React, TypeScript, GraphQL.
