Salary: £255,000 - £325,000 GBP

What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of Forward Deployed Engineers embedded in your industry vertical.
• Provide delivery oversight: review SOWs, participate in architecture decisions, and escalate risks.
• Develop vertical fluency on regulations, data constraints, and stakeholder dynamics.
• Hire for the team and represent hirify.global in C-suite conversations.
• Maintain use case library, reusable patterns, and surface learnings to product/research teams.
• Partner with sales/marketing on GTM materials, pipeline, and vertical strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years in enterprise AI/ML delivery, management consulting (Big 3/4), or tech professional services; 3+ years senior leadership owning commercial outcomes
• Experience building processes in ambiguity/early-stage environments
• Deep domain expertise in a vertical to engage executives credibly
• Track record leading technical delivery teams, ideally forward-deployed
• Ability to carry pipeline and close enterprise deals
• Strong technical fluency for reviewing scopes/architecture without coding
• Experience in regulated industries and executive communication
