What you will do

• Manage multiple software development teams, focusing on enablement capabilities for Product Engineering as internal customers.
• Produce and deliver a strategic technical vision for Core Apps Enablement across mobile, BFF, and enabling services.
• Work with mobile (iOS, Android, Web), BFF, and platform teams to identify reusable technologies and drive the enablement roadmap.
• Proactively identify technology gaps, mitigate risks, and ensure services are designed for scale, reliability, and developer productivity.
• Partner with leadership to build balanced backlogs, advocate for operational excellence, and measure platform reliability and productivity.
• Liaise with partners and regulatory bodies for effective release processes and deliver architecturally sound solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software roles with 5+ years managing SE teams, ideally managing managers.
• Strong experience with mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Web) and BFF architectures, understanding development challenges.
• Experience building strategic capabilities, developer tools, or enablement services to accelerate productivity.
• Hands-on experience developing highly available, resilient applications and transactional platforms.
• Proven track record in agile methodologies, software delivery best practices, and production support including on-call.
• Experience delivering scalable backend systems, APIs, and working with near-shore/off-shore teams.
