What you will do

• Provide technical support on hirify.global 3D scanners and software via online sessions, telephone, emails, and occasional on-site events
• Solve and escalate technical issues
• Handle support cases by collecting relevant customer information per company procedures and recording in CRM
• Interact with other departments and escalate customer feedback

Requirements

• Good verbal and writing skills at Upper-intermediate level in English and Ukrainian
• Customer-oriented approach
• Previous technical background in IT support or related field
• Good communicator with ability to ask and listen
• Problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Result-oriented, stress-resistant, professional, multitasking, and empathetic
