Location: Kyiv (onsite office, shift-based schedule: 3 evening/morning/night shifts with 2 days off)

What you will do
- Handle incoming L1 support requests from merchants and partners.
- Ensure SLA compliance and maintain timely communication.
- Provide quick, clear, and professional feedback to clients.
- Monitor recurring questions and suggest knowledge base improvements.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance customer experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or underway)
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Previous experience in customer support
