TL;DR

Customer Support Agent (Fintech): Handling incoming L1 support requests for merchants and partners across the globe with an accent on SLA compliance, timely communication, and professional feedback. Focus on monitoring recurring questions and suggesting improvements for the knowledge base.

Location: Kyiv (onsite office, shift-based schedule: 3 evening/morning/night shifts with 2 days off)

What you will do

  • Handle incoming L1 support requests from merchants and partners.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and maintain timely communication.
  • Provide quick, clear, and professional feedback to clients.
  • Monitor recurring questions and suggest knowledge base improvements.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or underway)
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Previous experience in customer support
