What you will do

• Lead enterprise S&OP process across all business units to drive standard operating rhythm and ensure 5-step monthly process compliance.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Finance leaders to establish maturity roadmap and gain consensus.
• Collaborate with technical teams on technology advancements for process standardization and automation.
• Manage Supply Chain Digital Pulse Pod Control Tower using Agile, improving digital dashboards and key metrics.
• Deliver executive presentations to inform decision-making and foster accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
• 10+ years Supply Chain leadership or COE experience with deep expertise in demand, supply, inventory planning; prior S&OP leadership required
• Demonstrated ability to drive results, influence senior leaders, and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Advanced analytical skills with expert Excel proficiency and supply chain analytics
• Strong executive communication, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management
• Experience with advanced planning tools, digital transformation, and Tier One ERP (SAP or Oracle preferred)
